Damper for the wild

Last week in Mrs Watsons' class my group; Swagnificint,  learnt how to make damper  [damper is like a sweetened bread]. The first thing we did was make the mixture in the bag.
 


Then we shook, squeezed and kneaded the mixture in the bag. After that we poured it into the cake tin and gently put it on the stove to rise for 1 hour.
 
 
 Later on we carefully put it in the oven.We waited for 1 and a half  hours.
 

After waiting for a long time we took out the damper and tasted it. It was better than I expected.

Ingredients for damper

-4 cups of flour
-2 tablespoons of sugar
-1 tablespoon of yeast
-1 cup of milk powder
-2 cups of water
-1 resealable bag
